Giveaway Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Style Factor Instagram Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you agree to these official terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of SIC Enterprise Inc. are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete all of the following steps on Instagram:

• Like the official Giveaway post;
• Follow @stylefactor_official on Instagram; and
• Tag at least one (1) friend in the comments of the Giveaway post (the tagged individual must have an active Instagram account).

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries by the same individual, including through the use of multiple Instagram accounts, will result in disqualification. SIC Enterprise Inc. reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries and to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms.

The Giveaway ends on May 22, 2025 at 4:00 PM PST. All entries must be received by the stated deadline. Late, incomplete, or non-compliant entries will be disqualified.

3. Prize

The winner(s) will receive the following products (subject to availability):

• Lock Booster Instant Refresher Rinse-Free Shampoo
• Lock Booster Scalp Moisturizing Oil
• Lock Booster Lock Refreshing Spray

The total retail value of the prize is approximately $35. In the event that any of the listed products are unavailable, SIC Enterprise Inc., doing business as Style Factor, reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute an equivalent product of similar value.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Giveaway period ends. Selected winner(s) will be notified via Instagram direct message (DM) within 3 business days of the Giveaway’s end.

5. Claiming the Prize

Winner(s) must respond within 72 hours of being contacted, providing the following information:

• Full name
• Email address
• Shipping address

Information must be submitted via the Google Form link provided. Failure to respond within 72 hours will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at the discretion of SIC Enterprise Inc.

6. General Conditions

• This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
• By entering, participants release Instagram from all liability related to this Giveaway.
• By participating, entrants grant SIC Enterprise Inc., doing business as Style Factor, the right to use their name, likeness, Instagram handle, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
• No prize substitutions, transfers, or cash equivalents will be permitted, except in the case of prize unavailability as noted above.
• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless SIC Enterprise Inc., its affiliates, agents, and representatives from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

8. Disqualification

SIC Enterprise Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.

9. Technical Issues

SIC Enterprise Inc. is not responsible for technical issues, including but not limited to failures of the Instagram platform, that may affect entry or participation. SIC Enterprise Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway in the event of such issues, at its sole discretion.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and delivering prizes, and will not be shared with third parties except as required for prize fulfillment.

11. Packaging and Delivery

• Shipping: SIC Enterprise Inc. will cover the cost of shipping the prize to the winner(s) at the address provided. Prizes will be shipped using standard delivery services.
• Delivery Issues: SIC Enterprise Inc. is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during shipping. If a prize is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees for redelivery may be the responsibility of the winner.
• Address Accuracy: It is the winner’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. SIC Enterprise Inc. will not be liable for misdelivery due to inaccurate information.

12. Use of Products

By accepting the prize, the winner(s) agrees to use the products as directed and according to all labeling and packaging guidelines. SIC Enterprise Inc. is not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects. It is the winner’s responsibility to review product ingredients and consult a healthcare provider if necessary.

13. Changes to the Terms

SIC Enterprise Inc. reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
