Style Circle “Join & Get” Gift Offer — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Style Circle “Join & Get” gift offer (“Offer”) hosted by SIC Enterprise Inc., doing business as Style Factor (“Organizer,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

 

 

1. Organizer

2. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of participation.

  • Offer valid for both new and existing Style Circle subscribers.

  • Limit one (1) gift per person/email address.

  • Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Organizer are not eligible.

  • Offer void where prohibited or restricted by law.

  • [Confirm whether P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are eligible; if not, specify U.S. street addresses only.]

  • Signing up for the Style Circle newsletter is free and does not require any ongoing commitment. You may unsubscribe at any time without penalty, and doing so will not affect your eligibility for any promotional gift already received.

 

 

3. Offer Period

  • Offer begins on October 1, 2025 and will remain available while supplies last. Once the available supply is depleted, the Offer will end with no further notice.

  • This Offer is available for a limited time only and may end earlier at the discretion of the Organizer.

  • The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or end the Offer at any time without prior notice.

 

 

4. How to Participate

  • New Subscribers: Sign up for the Style Circle during the Offer period and follow the instructions in the welcome email to submit your gift claim form.

  • Existing Subscribers: Follow the link provided in the “Claim Your Gift” email and submit your gift claim form.

  • Gift claim form requires your Name, Email, Shipping Address (U.S. only), and consent to these Terms.

  • Incomplete or duplicate submissions will be disqualified.

  • This Offer is not a sweepstakes or contest. Gifts are provided to all eligible participants who complete the required steps, subject to availability and verification.

 

 

5. Gift

  • The gift will be described in the promotional materials.

  • Approximate retail value (ARV) will be provided where applicable.

  • The Organizer reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute the gift with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

  • Gift is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is available to U.S. addresses only.

  • Shipping costs will be covered by the Organizer.

  • Gifts will be shipped via standard delivery methods within  4-6 weeks after claim verification.

  • The Organizer is not liable for delays, loss, or damage during shipment.

  • Participants are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address; re-shipment costs due to incorrect addresses may be the participant’s responsibility.

 

 

7. Publicity Release

By claiming the gift, participants grant the Organizer the right to use their name, city/state, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 

 

8. Privacy

  • Personal data collected during this Offer will be used only for administering the Offer and delivering gifts.

  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties beyond what’s necessary to administer this Offer.

  • Data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

 

9. General Conditions

  • This Offer is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Mailchimp or any other platform.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Offer at any time in its sole discretion due to fraud, technical issues, or other factors beyond our control.

  • The Organizer’s decisions on all matters relating to the Offer are final and binding .

 

 

10. Liability Release

By participating,  each and every participant agrees to release and hold harmless the Organizer, its affiliates, agents, representatives and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation or the acceptance/use of the gift.

 

 

11. Governing Law

  • This Offer is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
