The good:

•Strong fixation without stiffness: Leaves the hair firm but manageable, ideal for defining curls, polished hairstyles or to use with wigs and lace fronts.

•No white residues: Unlike other mousses, it does not leave flakes or dries like glue.

•Delicious fragrance: The “Violet Orchid” aroma is soft, sweet and very pleasant without being overwhelming.

•Natural shine: Provides a beautiful finish without leaving the hair dull or dry.

•Quick drying: It dries quite quickly, which makes it perfect for quick stylized.

The not so good:

•It can reactivate frizz if it is touched a lot: Once dry, if you run your fingers frequently through your hair, it can lose firmness.

•Not suitable for “ultra soft” looks: If you are looking for an extremely light or very natural fixation, it may seem a little strong.

I used this mousse on my 4c hair after blow drying to do a braid out. Curl definition once I took out the braids is good but could be better. Once I separated out the curls, the final look was perfect! I love the smell of it and will be trying it on wet/moist hair to see if I get better definition.

The hold on this stuff is just perfect! I was able to do a slicked back space bun and twists on my bangs that lasted four days! The hair was lwft soft and not crunch at all. My hair was left smelling good and touching it up on my weekend trup was easy cause it was slim enough to bring in my suitcase.
